Step 1.

Phone call

After reviewing the submitted applications, the selected people will be invited to a short phone interview. This is our first opportunity to get to know each other. During this stage we will ask you some questions about your experience and expectations.

Step 3.

Interview

We will then invite you for an interview, which will take place in our office or online. This will be a chance to discuss in more detail your experience, skills and how you can contribute to the success of our company. It’s also an opportunity for you to learn more about us.

Step 4.

Decision

After completing all stages of recruitment, we will make a decision and inform you of the results. Regardless of the decision, each candidate will receive feedback. If you join our team, we will provide you with all the necessary information on the next steps.

  • Preparing commercial offers, providing product advice, concluding sales contracts
  • Reporting on achieved results
Our Requirements
  • Computer skills (MS Office package)
  • Ability to conduct negotiations and establish and maintain good customer relations
  • Category B driving license

Preferred

  • Experience with pricing and cost estimation programs
  • Basic knowledge of German or English
  • Experience in the PVC joinery industry in a similar position

  • Minimum secondary education
  • Ability to conduct negotiations and establish and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Responsibility and commitment
  • Experience in a similar position and knowledge of the OPTIMA program, as well as foreign language skills (English, German, etc.) are welcome
